I’ve never taken it myself but I understand that it’s accumulative – it does nothing in one dose but should start working within a week.
Prozac is something I would give to a family if I wanted them to kill themselves.
Perhaps you should google the side effects and the negative feed back from it.

Prozac is an SSRI and it does take time to accumulate to a therapeutic level in your blood. It can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for you to get the full effect.
That varies on the person, but it will take at least two weeks, and sometimes as long as a month, depending on your metabolism.
Give it time; it is a great drug and can give you your life back
