    i dont get when everybody tries to look for METAL SCALES,METAL SOUND,METAL ARPEGGIOS OR ANYTHING IN METAL XD…. all this harmony, scales,arpegg whatever can be metal it depends how you play this,,,, there is no special scale which is metal,,

    ive seen excellent metal bands using major 7 arpegg, or melodic minor which its supposed toi be used in jazz, but that doest matter its still music !!

    @DaysOfRain9109 only the low e for lamb of god, depending on the song, but yeah mostly drop d – c – b – and sometimes a (which sounds like vibrations with earnie ball nickels lol…)

  4. alapunk13 says:

    that’s lamb of godish, the first riff, what do you do to get that tone?

  5. legendofakira says:

    stoner..

  6. DaysOfRain9109 says:

    @gitariff Well what I mean by that is these licks are played differently when they’re tuned the way these bands tune their guitars. Most bands that play this style if not using a 7 string are tuned in Db, C, B or B flat tunings, which for a novice watching this means a lot of looking around for the other way to play this. Anyway That’s how I saw this…

  7. gitariff says:

    @DaysOfRain9109 that doesn´t matter : /

    @corysgood88 different names for the same SOUNDS, nos for the same THINGS. do not be confused just ‘caus two different notes have the same sound. in a scale, you cannot have two steps with the same name (like F and F#). if the note is F#, the one right before it MUST be an E#.

  12. corysgood88 says:

    @AndersonGuitar F# is Gb? just a different name for the same thing so nothing here is incorrect?

  13. FlyingLawnMower123 says:

    Big Fingers = Big cock

  14. AndersonGuitar says:

    If the mode used id F Locrian, the corresponding major scale MUST be Gb. If you want to use F# Major, the correspondig Locrian mode MUST be E# (wich sounds like F Locrian, but that would be incorrect in terms of musical theory).

    The musical theory in this video is nothing but a bad joke.
