How much should aseptic meningitis workers compensation settlement be?

My husband was diagnosed with aseptic meningitis after performing a task at work that exposed him to very toxic chemicals. At the time he was instructed to complete this “task” he was told by his boss that cotton gloves were only protective gear available. This nearly killed my husband and he still has severe headaches and several other health problems. What is he least amount we should settle for if we decide to settle of court?

the way a settlement works is they must make you the first offer, if you throw a number out there first then you never know, they may just accept and they may have been willing to pay more.

so if you are at court, perhaps you can have your attorney let their attorneys know that you may be willing to settle and have them make an offer and then you may counter that offer with a higher number.

let them make the first offer.

Check with a lawyer. A lawyer will handle it on a contingent fee and try to get as much as he can since his fee is 40%. If you are in Dallas, try the Kondos and Kondos Law firm.
