@Axekura yeah its good for doing it flat but i need something that will support me at 45 degrees so i can do the inclined one.

  6. Axekura says:

well u dont really need a bence,i much prefer to do them on the ground, because it gives u protection and range limits and it wont injure u.

  7. asdfkie says:

hey does anyone know how to do this without the inclined bench? I havent got a chair that goes down like that either.

    Lol

Hmmmm isn’t that why YOU yourself tuned into this particular video?

To see how to properly do the exercise?

When making instructional videos all instructors kick it back a notch to ensure they are not teaching bad habits, or bad form. Both lead to injury.

I was just leaning back in my chair and mimicking him thinking the same thing! I would imagine after doing so much the chair snaps lol

  15. JeReL19 says:

riflemanbob is a pure douche. I have never seen levels of douchebaggery this vast. His comebacks are terrible and totally off point. Of course he thinks you need psychiatric help….he’s so fucking stupid that normal people seem weird to him. What a grade A douche nozzle.

  24. RiflemanBob says:

Looks like I’ve won this argument. You pussied out.

  25. MoylesMad says:

Are you really that stupid that you don’t understand sarcasm? Well clearly you are.

You know some guy once said, “When you argue with a stupid person people will often wonder who the stupid one really is”….guess that’s my cue. Bye.
