On Wednesday, August 18th, the Canby Rodeo hosted their own Pink Glove Dance to support Cancer Awareness at the 104th Annual Clackamas County Fair and Rodeo. Wednesday was “pink night” at the rodeo so all the cowboys, cowgirls, and fans were adorned in pink to show their support for cancer awareness and survivers. Pink latex gloves were passed out so the whole rodeo arena could join in the Pink Glove Dance.
Please note the horseback rider getting into the beat of the music at time 1:40
I connect with it, because I am cancer survivor and I promote “THE BEAT”
(Heart Hoof Drum) which is about how “Horses & Music Going Together”
which can be empowering!
We were a little disappointed in the editing, but overall it didn’t turn out too badly.
I would give anything to be the guys bustin out that sick dance
This hardly even shows the amount of people participating in the stands! It blurred right over the grandstands and didn’t really use any of the shots from the guy in the arena.
Someone needs to get that guy in the stands (1:56) a bonus pink glove!
