    Yes bound loyality is always a bad sign and is one of the many things that makes religion in general very creepy and why spirituality is far better than organized religion, but whether he is a fake or not, he does not seem to be spekaing english and yoga nidra is a guided imigery. I don’t get much imigery from this guy.

    @Oidoxie6 – Hey man, I been practicing “real” conscious-sleep for the better part of 20 years. The guy in this video is a charlatan a faker.

    The “techniques” do not require emotional feeling; rather tactile perception (real and generated) — it is far easier and does not require a “Guru” to support. I can teach people everything they need in 12 sessions and none of this “bound” loyalty business.

    hi, i practised 8 pranayamas and got my lost hair back. So just practise pranayam and you’ll definately see positive results. Also apply mustard oil to your scalp thrice a week…
